How OVAAL charges.

1. Setup

On signed paperwork. Covers partner onboarding, compliance pack, sandbox, DPA negotiation support, and a dedicated integration engineer for Weeks 1 to 8.

2. Monthly SaaS

per month

Launch (€2,499) · Scale (€4,999) · Enterprise (€9,999). SDK and API license, ongoing compliance stack, partner portal, quarterly roadmap call.

3. Transaction share

10% — 25%

of OVAAL's take

You keep the majority. Tx-share drops as SaaS tier goes up. Enterprise partners land at the lowest rate.
